Capacity and credits are separate
An ordinary console account includes capacity for 10,000 service records. Credits pay for notarization; capacity determines how many records can be admitted. Explicit custom or unlimited limits retain their own terms. Pending records and genuine chain failures count. Archived historical records and proven refusals before reservation do not count.
View Record usage and Record capacity in Credits. A capacity expansion adds another 10,000 records. Repeat purchases stack: an ordinary account has 20,000 total after one applicable expansion and 30,000 after two. Capacity adds neither credits nor a higher notarization rate, and does not store original document contents.
Buy and confirm an expansion
Check Pricing for the offer and Credits for availability. Select Buy capacity and review Stripe Checkout. Pay once; capacity has no monthly reset or scheduled expiry. After Checkout, the purchase is pending until that order's capacity grant is confirmed.
If the return remains pending or unavailable, use Check purchase status when offered. Do not repeat the purchase solely because a confirmation has not appeared. See Credits and purchases.
Reductions preserve existing records
A full cash reversal removes the exact expansion. Active disputes and partial, pending or unknown refunds suspend that expansion; restoration depends on confirmed clear payment. An ordinary provider-read outage preserves an existing certified grant.
A reduction can leave usage above the remaining limit. Existing retained records and otherwise authorized verification, proof and export access remain available; new record admissions are limited. There is no supported record-deletion feature to free capacity. Read Privacy and record lifetime.
Retention and refunds
Under Retention & refunds, support may approve a voluntary full refund of an expansion only when current counted usage fits within the remaining capacity after that exact expansion is removed. This does not limit refunds required by applicable law. See the terms or contact support.
