Choose what you need
- Notarization credits pay for recording files. Creating an account or verifying your email does not add credits.
- Record capacity is room for service records in your account. Buying more capacity does not add credits; buying credits does not raise your capacity limit.
Buy notarization credits
Open Credits. Balance shows usable notarization credits. Under Buy credits & capacity, choose Notarization credits, select a Buy offer and review the amount and currency. See Pricing or Credits for current prices and availability.
Pay once through Stripe Checkout. Check that you selected credits rather than capacity.
Check what happened after Checkout
After Checkout, Purchase pending means confirmation is still in progress. Confirm the specific purchase in Purchases; the return URL or a changed balance alone does not prove that purchase added credits.
- Use Purchases to review payment history. Older purchases may have no entry in Invoices.
- Use Check purchase status when offered for a pending credit or capacity purchase.
- For a canceled credit checkout, open Purchases to review the attempt. The offered Check purchase status button may only refresh the total balance, which cannot establish that canceled attempt's outcome. If no purchase appears or the outcome remains unclear, contact support before paying again. An empty history does not prove that no payment occurred.
- After closing or interrupting Checkout, check status before paying again.
- If status stays unclear, contact support. Describe the action, approximate time and visible status. Never send a checkout-session token.
Do not infer a cash refund or a usable credit grant from a browser error. If you need room for additional records, read Record capacity before buying more credits.
